Avoid caffeine as it can thin the blood and overstimulate you.

Eat a good breakfast and stay hydrated.

Block out a full day for the tattoo session.

Yes, you will need to leave a deposit. A deposit is required for both full and half-day rates, as well as for larger tattoos like half sleeves, full sleeves, full back, and full torso.
To prepare for your next tattoo session, please:

Hydrate and Moisturize: Keep the tattoo area well-moisturized and protected from the sun. Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment.

Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine: Do not drink alcohol the night before your appointment and avoid caffeine on the day of the session.

Eat Well: Have a nutritious meal before your appointment and bring snacks and water with you.

Allocate Time: Ensure you have the whole day free for the tattoo session to avoid being rushed.
